Refund policy

First payment: full refund within 14 days

If GovRadar isn't useful to you, email hello@govradar.au within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

After that

• Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• We don't refund partial months. For yearly plans cancelled within 30 days of a renewal, we'll refund the unused months.
• If something went wrong on our side, such as missed briefings, tell us and we'll make it right.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Your consumer rights

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies if a service has a major problem.
